Week 3 Learning Team Team Personality Traits
Locate and take a free online assessment that uses the Big Five personality factors. You may also use the one located in Chapter 8 of the text. Ensure each team member takes an assessment to gain a better understanding of his or her personality traits.
Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper describing each team members’ personality traits based on individual findings from the Big Five assessment tool. Include the following:
o Summarize each team members’ results.
o Propose solutions for working together using the information from the Big Five assessments and the underlying principles of trait theories.
o Include a synopsis of the reliability and validity of personality measurements and whether each team member felt his or her assessment depicted an accurate result.
Include an introduction and conclusion, and cite at least two sources other than your textbook.
Format your paper according to APA standards.
