PA 301 CASE STUDY 1-7



PA 301 Case Study 1-7,
Public Administration is a term that is used to describe the multi-disciplinary activities that are needed to help society function.
The justice system could have been more firm when it came to putting Cartier in jail rather than always placing him on probation where he would have access back to the streets, and back to harming women. The justice system looked at this case as being routine, dismissing charges, allowing Cartier to skip court appearances, accepting his denials to threats,
He played on the peoples need to be included, and to be dealt with as real people, rather than just a minor political body whose purpose is minute.
Secondly personality, his personality to be more specific is the fuel that drove all of his endeavors, it is what made him act like he did, talk like he did, think like he did and he was open enough to new things that he could morph his personality to suit whatever his needs were at the time, or whatever the councils needs were at the time. His time in the military, as with most people that have been in the military, played a big part on shaping his core personal traits, and applying that, with a personality whose goal is more to treat the people he's dealing with as important, he was able to excel in solving problems with people, rather than trying to just solve problems for people.





. Mr. Michael Bennet (Denver superintendent) attempted to do this. The Mayor figured Bennet would be a good choice. Bennet’s war on waste failed miserably.
